GURUDEO COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT is maintaining a separate Training and Placement cell under a dedicated Training and Placement officer. GCTM is in the process of collaborating with various Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic Centers, Pathology labs, IT companies & Industrial firms all over India for the training and Placement of its students.

Students are being prepared as per the requirements of the industry with regular mock interviews, on-the-job practical training, and Personality Development Program.

The dedicated training and placement cell of GCTM is always in contact with students to provide necessary information for various training and placement needs. GCTM training and placement cell is continually engaged in industry interaction, which is the primary responsibility of the GCTM. The Placement is the individual responsibility of students. GCTM acts as a facilitator for the Placement of Students.

In addition to regular training by our own qualified experts, students are sent for mandatory industrial training every year for a minimum period of 8 weeks in different hospitals, nursing homes, polyclinics, diagnostic centers, pathology labs, and corporate tech organizations.

GCTM provides a conducive and competitive environment for each student to grow and develop their skills to face the competitive world with their own ingenuity.
